5 lbs potatoes (white or red)
1 sweet onion
1 medium jar dill pickles
6 eggs
3 to 4 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 to 3 tbsp. mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes. Cook until tender; drain water then put potatoes in a bowl and put in refrigerator until hard. Boil eggs; peel and cut into pieces. Cut onion and pickles into pieces. When potatoes are cold then add eggs, onions, and pickles. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients until mixed up good together (add more mayonnaise and mustard if needed). Refrigerate until ready to serve.
