10 slices day old bread
2 c. chicken - cooked and chopped
1 c. celery - sliced
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. mayonnaise/miracle whip
2 eggs - slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Celery leaves optional or parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crust from bread, reserve crust. Cut bread diagonally into quarters. Cut reserved crust into cubes. Combine cubes, chicken, celery and 1 3/4 c. cheese, mix well. Spoon into baking dish. Arrange bread quarters over the chicken mixture. Combine mayo, eggs and seasonings. Mix well and gradually add milk mixing until blended. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Cover. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered 375 for 30 minutes. Garnish with celery leaves.
