12 eggs
30 oz. can pumpkin
12 oz. can evaporated milk
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. vanilla
15 slices white bread, cubed
(optional) 8 oz. cream cheese, softened,
sweetened with powdered sugar
(optional) browned sausage

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, whisk eggs, pumpkin, milk, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Toss with the bread cubes, to coat. Transfer to a greased 9x13 pan. Optional--dab globs of cream cheese throughout the bread and mix in the sausage.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 35-40 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Dust with powdered sugar. Serve with syrup.
