1 lb pork sausage
1 c celery diced
˝ c onion chopped
˝ c butter
1 can cream of mushroom soup with ˝ c milk—OR—10 ˝ oz can chicken broth and 1 egg
7 c dry bread cubed or croutons without seasoning
1 tsp poultry seasoning
Optional: chopped fruit such as an apple or raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions and celery in butter, add browned sausage. Add croutons or bread cubes to soup/broth mix and then mix all ingredients together.

Stuff turkey if desired; otherwise put stuffing in greased casserole dish and bake at 325 for 30-35 minutes.
