1 c. butter
2/3 c. sugar
3 egg yolks
1/2 tsp. vanilla/almond extract
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg yolks and extract. Mix in flour and cream of tartar. Preheat oven to 325º. Drop cookies on greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 - 15 minutes.
