Directions:
In a large Dutch oven, place chicken, celery leaves, bay leaves, sliced onion. Fill pot with water. Cook over medium heat for 1-1 1/2 hours; until chicken falls off the bones. Remove from the stove and remove chicken from the broth. Take out the celery leaves and onion slices that are left. Dice chicken and put it back in the pot. Add chicken bouillon cubes, diced celery, carrots, diced onions, salt/pepper, and tarragon. Fill the pot back up with water. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Add egg noodles and cook until they are done. You may need to add more bouillon cubes and tarragon to make the broth more flavorful.
