Directions:
Hardboil some eggs: Bring them to a boil, then cover and turn off the heat. After 10-12 minutes, put them in cold water to make it easier to shell them. Shell the eggs. Mash them up. (A pastry blender or a fork will work.) Add mayonnaise to your taste and mix. Also add 1 or 2 tsp prepared mustard, a few shakes of celery salt, pepper to taste. Spread on your favorite bread.
