1/2 lb. butter
1/2 cup Crisco
3 cups sugar
5 eggs
3 cups plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup milk
1 16 oz. can Hershey's chocolate syrup

Frosting:
1 stick margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box powered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all cake ingredients well and pour into greased bundt pan. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 325 beginning in cold oven.

To make frosting:
Add margarine, cocoa & milk; bring to a boil & remove from heat. Add 1 box of powered sugar & 1 tsp. vanilla. Mix thoroughly & spread on cooled cake.
