6 pork chops - browned and seasoned
1 24oz hashbrowns - thawed
1/2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of (celery, chicken, mushroom, etc..) soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 can French onions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sour cream, soup, and milk together. Add hashbrowns and 3/4 cup of the cheese and French onions. Spread in a 9 x 13 pan. Arrange pork chops on potatoes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese and French onions on top and Bake 350 for 40 minutes.
