1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsps of dried rosemary
2 tsps of thyme
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl whisk all the ingredients together. Place meat in a shallow glass dish or in a resealable plastic bag. Pour marinade over the steak, turning meat to coat thoroughly. Cover, and refrigerate for 6 hours. Turning occasionally.

Place meat on hot grill or under hot broiler. Grill meat for 5 minutes per side, do not keep turning or fussing. Remove meat and tent with foil and let rest. Slice across the grain in thin strips. Serves 6

This is juicy and delicious. You can't skip the marinating process. Can go two days. This is good with a green salad, roasted rosemary potatoes, and some bread and red wine.
