8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
1 tsp peppermint extract
6 2/3 C powdered sugar
Food coloring, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Knead with hands until well mixed. Roll into balls and roll in sugar. Press into mold and unmold at once. Refrigerate or freeze. You can also use other flavors. Almond is good!
