Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup of ground flax seed
1/2 cup of dried oatmeal
2 teaspoons of baking powder
2 lightly beated eggs
2 cups of milk
2 tablespoons oil or melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients adding beated eggs last. Do not over mix. Only mix long enough for everything to be wet. Pour onto an oiled or buttered skillet. Let cook 2-3 minutes on each side. Do not press or over flip. This will make the pancake chewy!

You can freeze pancakes for up to three months. Make a big batch ahead of time, seperate on wax paper, and warm up in oven at 350 or toaster!
