Ingredients:  
3 whole boneless Chicken breasts
1 can or jar of whole white onions
1 can whole button mushrooms
l large green pepper cut into 1" squares
Marinade & sauce
1 can crushed pineapple
1 cup catsup
1/4 cup corn oil
3 Tbsp Brown sugar
3 Tbsp Vinegar
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate chunks of chicken on a skewer with mushrooms, onions and peppers
Combine marinade ingredients
Place prepared skewers in a shallow pan and pour manmade over skewers.
Cover and marinade in refrig 4-6 hours
Grill Kabobs for 10 mins or until brown Turning and brushing with sauce.
