5 medium Yukon Gold potatoes, unpeeled and cubed
4 to 6 garlic cloves, peeled
1 pkg (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese
1/2 c heavy whipping cream
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place the potatoes and garlic in a large saucepan, cover with water. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 10-15 minutes or until tender.
Drain and transfer to large bowl, mash. Add the cheese, cream, salt and pepper and beat until fluffy.
