1 c. red wine, such as a burgundy or shiraz
4 c. beef broth
2-3 shallots
1-2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime, 1 lemon, and 1 orange

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in a fondue pot. Make sure you have extra on hand as it will "cook off" as you are cooking.
