red wine, such as a burgundy or shiraz
2-3 T. olive oil
1-2 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime
oregano
salt/pepper

Beef Tenderloin Medallions

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a 9x13 pan. Add Tenderloin medallions and marinate for at least 2 hours.

Place tenderloin on a broiler rack. Broil for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired temperature.

Serve with "Blue Cheese Sauce" or "Cranberry Wine sauce".
