1-2 T. butter
1-2 cloves garlic
1 small onion, chopped
1-2 tsp. rosemary
3/4 c. red wine, or cooking wine
3/4 c. beef broth
1 c. fresh whole cranberries
salt/pepper
1 T. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan, saute butter, garlic, and onion until tender. Add rosemary, wine, broth, salt/pepper, and cranberries. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until sauce thickens and cranberries have popped. Remove from heat and serve over beef tenderloin, chicken, pork, or turkey.
