1 - 9 oz pkg fresh or frozen cheese filled tortellini
1 - 16oz pkg frozen broccoli cuts
1 - 10oz container refrigerated alfredo sauce
1 - 2oz jar chopped pimentos, drained
2 T chopped onion
1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Cook tortellini to desired doneness as directed on package. Drain.
Lightly grease 2-quart casserole dish. In large bowl, combine cooked tortellini and all remaining ingredients except Parmesan cheese; mix well. Spoon into greased casserole dish. Cover; back in a preheated 350F oven for 40 to 50 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring twice during baking. Remove from oven; uncover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover; let stand 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
