Ingredients:  
1 can drained corn (not creamed corn)
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 large eggs
2/3 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Put all ingredients into the blender or food processor, cover and blend all ingreadients for 10 seconds on high.

Pour into a well greased souffle or baking dish and bake 45 minutes at 375 and serve.

Barbara Bluemel made this dish for Thanksgiving and Easter... we have carried on the tradition and always serve this delicious souffle for the holidays.
