1 c. Half & Half
1/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Mustard - dry
3 egg yolks
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Over mediuam-low heat, mix together in a sauce pan the cream and mustard to make a paste.

Add the sugar slowly and continue to mix.

Beat the egg yolks seperately and add to the sauce pan with the cream mixture, continue to mix.

Add vinegar and salt, mix well, continuing to cook over medium low heat until mixture thickens.
