5 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. white sugar
5 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
7 1/2 c. (15 oz.) bran flakes
1 qt. buttermilk
1 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugars, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix bran flakes and buttermilk; let stand 5 minutes. In a third bowl, mix oil and eggs together and add to flour mixture. Add buttermilk mixture, stirring just enough to blend. DON'T STIR AGAIN.

Store in a non-metal container in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks, or make all your muffins at once and freeze them.

Lightly grease muffin pans or using baking papers. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
