1 garlic clove (minced)
4 bone-in chicken breast halves (skinned)
2 tsp lemon juice
large onion, sliced
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 cans (8 oz. each) tomato sauce
tsp Italian seasoning
1 T. Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Rub garlic clove on chicken breast halves. Place chicken in a roasting pan and sprinkle with 2 tsp lemon juice.

Layer over chicken the onion, mushrooms, and tomato sauce.

Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese.

Bake 1 hour at 350. Serve with cooked pasta. Makes 4 servings, 200 calories (4 WW pts) each.
