Slice potatoes, place a layer in the bottom of an oblong oven dish. Season to taste. Place a few dabs of butter on potatoes, add onions if desired. Sprinkle flour on potatoes. Continue to make layers with potatoes, seasoning, butter and flour. Place seasoned raw pork chops on top of layers of potatoes. Pour milk around pork chops and potatoes (fill about 3/4 inch from top). Bake at 350
