1 box (3 ounce) Shrimp and Crab Boil
1 medium Onion, cut in quarters
1 Lemon, cut in quarters
2 T salt
1/2 t Cayenne Pepper (optional)
1 pound (about 4-6) medium Red Potatoes, cut in quarters
1 package (6 count) frozen half ears Corn on the Cob
2 pounds, uncooked, large or medium Shrimp, shell on (fresh or frozen)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 4 quarts of water in a large 8 quart cooking pan. Add Shrimp & Crab Boil, onion, lemon, salt and optional cayenne and bring to a boil. Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Add corn and cook 3 more minutes. Add shrimp and cook an additional 3 minutes. Remove from heat and drain water from pot. Discard Shrimp & Crab Boil. Serve immediately on a large platter with lots of cocktail sauce. Peel Shrimp as you eat.
