"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Personal Notes:
This is a rough draft of dressing.....start with what I've got and if it's too sweet add some more salt, if it's not zesty enough add more mustard. The pepper does seem to make the most difference. I highly recommend not leaving it out. Just mix and taste until it's to YOUR liking!
