Topping-1/2 C brown sugar, 1/4 C sifted flour, 1/4 C butter (room temp), 1 tsp cinnamon
Cake- 1 1/2 C sifted flour, 2 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 egg beaten, 3/4 C melted butter, 1/2 C milk, 1 tsp vanilla

Topping. In mixing bowl combine ingredients together. Blend with fork & set aside.

Mix dry ingredients together in bowl. In another bowl, beat egg together with sugar and butter. Add milk and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and mix well.

Pour into a greased and floured pan. Sprinkle topping crumb evenly over batter. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes
