Prepare ahead mix:
To make one gallon of mix, can be adjusted to amount needed.
1/2 gallon cream of coconut
1/2 gallon pineapple juice

To make drink:
2 bananas, over ripe bananas work best
3/4 cup rum
1/2 cup Kahlua
1 & 1/2 cup dirty Banana mix

Directions:
Directions:
To prepare mix: Mix 1/2 gallon of cream of coconut and 1/2 gallon of pineapple juice and keep refrigerate until use.

To prepare drink: Mix Bananas, rum, Kahlua, Ice and Dirty Banana mix in a blender and blend for 30-60 seconds

This recipe was given to me by the owner of Bayside Resort where Dan and I use to keep our boat when we lived in Miami. We had a lot of fun drinking Dirty Bananas after a long day of boating.
