1 1/2 lbs. boneless round --- cut in 1 inch cubes
5 medium potatoes (approximately 5 c.) --cut in eighths
2 c. carrots j--- cut in 1 inch chunks
1 c. very coarsely chopped onion
1 c. celery sliced in 1/2 inch pieces
2 (14 1/2 oz.)cans tomatoes
2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. aus jus
2 c. frozen green beans
garlic powder (to taste)

1. Combine all ingredients and mix in 3 qt. casseole.
2. Cover
3. Bake at 275 degrees for 5 hrs.
4. Let stand 5 mins. before serving.
