1 lb. ground venison
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 - 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Make into 3" patties and fry in a nonstick pan over medium heat for 5-6 minutes. If you have frozen them, fry for 18-20 minutes.

A note from Joyce. If you don't like crushed red pepper, substitute with paprika. To help patties stick together you might want to add 1 slightly beaten egg white.
