1 container (8oz) pineapple cream cheese spread
1/2 cup peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. seafood cocktail sauce
1 bag (4oz) frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed, drained
2 medium green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup coconut chips (optional)
Assorted crackers (Ritz is good)

1. On 10" to 12" serving plate, spread cream cheese to within 1 inch of edge of plate. In small bowl, mix preserves and cocktail sauce. Spread over cream cheese. 2. Top evenly with shrimp. Sprinkle with onions & coconut. Serve with crackers.
