2/3 cup sugar
2 tbl flour
3/4 tsp cinnamon
6 - 8 tart apples, pared, cored and sliced (6 cups)
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 9" unbaked pastry shell

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first three ingredients; stir into apples. Turn into pastry shell. Combine remaining flour and sugar; cut in butter till crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake at 400 for 45 to 50 minutes or until done. If pie browns too quickly, cover edge with foil.
