4 eggs
2 cups milk
1 cup flour
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix in blender and let sit until room temperature. Pour roast drippings, or oil if not enough drippings to cover the bottom of a 9x13 pan. Heat in 475 oven until very hot. Take out of oven and add egg mixture SLOWLY. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes at 475 then reduce heat to 375 and bake for another 20 minutes or until browned. This will puff and settle. Serve with gravy.
