cup butter softened
1 package 8 0z cream cheese
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 cups mashed ripe bananas about 4 med
teas vanilla extract
3 cups all purpose flour
teas baking powder
teas baking soda
teas salt
2 cups pecans divided

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add bananas and vanilla, mix well. Combine the flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add to creamed mixture. Fold in nuts. Transfer to two greased loaf pans. Sprinkle with the rest of nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 hours or until tooth pick comes out clean.
