2 lb fish (orange roughy, sole, cod, snapper)
1/3 c light mayonnaise
1/3 c Parmesan cheese, grated
c green onion, sliced
tsp lemon juice
-1/2 tsp garlic powder
Hot sauce to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Place fish in shallow glass pan coated with cooking spray.

Bake 8 minutes, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.

Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, green onion, lemon juice, garlic powder, hot sauce.

Spread topping evenly over cooked fish fillets. Broil 6 inches from heat for 5 minutes, or until lightly browned.
