4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 cups shredded red cabbage
2 cups matchstick-thin strips jicama
1 yellow bell pepper seeded and thinly sliced
2 celery stalks, thinly sliced
1/4 cup plain, fat-free yogurt
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tabs. cider vinegar
1 teas. lemon or lime juice
1/2 teas. salt
1/2 teas. ground pepper

Directions:
Combine the veggies in a large bowl. Combine the dressing in a small bowl. Pour the dressing over the veggies and toss to coat. Refrigerate, covered, at least 1 hour.
