4 cans beets, reserve juice and seperate 1 cup of juice.
1 qt. half and half
2 cups milk
1/4-1/2 cup dill weed
10 medium potatoes, diced
2 cups water
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add beets and remaining beet juice, water, potatoes and dill, cook until potatoes are soft. Mix half and half with milk and flour; add 1 cup of beet juice and mix. Add to pot and heat until thicken.
