40 cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1 can pitted and sliced green olives
1 (6 oz) can black olives, drained and sliced
1 small jar of large queen olives with pimentos, sliced.
1 bunch of green peppers, sliced
3-4 ounces pine nuts (toasted in skillet or oven)
1/2 cup olive oil
2-4 tbsp of red wine or basalmic vinegar
1 tbsp white sugar
1 tsp oregano (dried or fresh)
Kosher salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a big bowl, combine cherry tomatoes, all olives and green onion. Add toasted pine nuts to tomato mixture.
In small bowl mix, olive oil, vinegar, sugar and oregano. Season to taste. Pour over salad, gently stir to coat. Season more if needed. Chill for 1 hour and serve.

Recipe calls for red wine vinegar but I prefer balsamic vinegar
