1 box low-fat brownie mix (1 egg, 1/3c water)
1 box (250g) plain cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar
1 egg
2 c melting dark chocolate squares
handful melting white chocolate squares
Mint extract
green food coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Bake the brownies as described on the box but in a 12 inch or larger casserole dish (to make it thinner) and cut the baking time in HALF, so they are not completely cooked. Cool down (overnight if you would like).
Mix the cream cheese, brown sugar, and egg together with a mixer. add a few drops of mint extract (to taste) and green food coloring. Spread over the brownies and bake in a 350 oven for approx 25-30 min (or until set and the brownie bottom is NOT burnt). Let cool (overnight again if you like)
Using a metal mixing bowl over a pot of boiling water, melt the dark chocolate. Let cool SLIGHTLY, then pour over the cream cheese. Let set. Melt the white chocolate the same way, and drizzle over the dark chocolate
