5 to 6 lbs. shaved boneless ham
1 lb. brown sugar
1 5 oz. jar horseradish
3 T. prepared mustard
2 T. Worcester sauce
8 drops garlic juice
2 small cans grapefruit juice, unsweetened


Directions:
Directions:
Mix marinade and simmer 15 minutes;
Pour over ham and refrigerate for 2 to 4 days, turning often.

A great variety for the cocktail party ham platters.
It's best to buy a boneless ham (Hormel 81) and have the butcher shave it for you.
