red potatoes (approx 20)
1 cube butter
1/2 pint sour cream or 8 oz cream cheese or some of each
2 Tb parsley
1 tsp garlic
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and quarter and boil potatoes. When tender, drain water. Add butter, cream garlic and parsley. Mix with hand beater until mashed and creamy. If needed milk may be added to get desired consistency.
