4 large baking potatoes
1/4 cup diced green onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Rub potatoes in oil. Bake at 375 for 1 1/2 hour. Let cool until warm. Scoop out potatoes. Saute onions in a small amount of butter. Add to potato pulp. Using a potato masher, fold in cheese, sour cream and seasonings. Stuff shells Sprinkle on more cheese. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350
