Ingredients:  
4-6 pork chops
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
3-5 sliced Macintosh or Granny Smith apples

Directions:
Directions:
Place apple slices in a baking dish and cover with brown sugar and cinnamon. Brown pork chops, salt and pepper to taste and put on top of apples. Cover with tin foil and bake at 325 for about 1 1/2 hour.
