1 lb of spaghetti
8 oz pkg mozzarella
11-14oz cherry tomatoes (red or yellow)
2 handfuls of fresh marjoram and basil leaves
6-8 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp or "more" chopped garlic (to taste)
Splash of red wine vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Halve tomatoes. Place in bowl and add herbs, olive oil, garlic and vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste.
2. Slice mozzarella into 1/4" cubes. Set aside.
3. Cook pasta. Drain.
4. Add tomato mixture and mozzarella cubes to pasta and mix while steaming.
5. serve.
