Iceberg Lettuce
Romaine lettuce
2 stalks celery,
2 green onions,
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges (drained)
(Sunflower seeds, opt.)
Dressing:
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup olive oil
2 tbsp red vinegar
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
dash of pepper
dash hot sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Clean and tear lettuce in bite size pieces. Chop celery and green onions - mix into lettuce. Add oranges. (Sunflower seeds opt.) Drizzle dressing over all and mix.
