2 cups all-purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs, separated
2 tbsp butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat waffle maker. In a small bowl beat egg whites until stiff but not dry, set aside. In a medium sized bowl, beat egg yolks until thick and creamy, continue beating adding milk. Add dry ingredients and beat until smooth. Fold in egg whites and melted butter. Bake until golden, about 3 mins.
