Cubed Chicken breast (3)
1/2 cup sliced green onions
1 clove, minced
1 Tbs vegetable oil
1 medium green bell pepper in strips
1/2 re bell pepper cut in strips
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
dash of cayenne pepper
1 1/2 cup (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 Tbs cornstarch
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 lb pasta cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Cook green onions & garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes. Add bell peppers , chicken, salt, chili powder, black pepper and cayenne pepper. Cook 4-5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Mix small amount of evaporated milk with cornstarch in small bowl. Add to skillet; stir in remaining milk & cilantro. Mix well. Cook over medium heat until slightly thickened. Stirring occasionally. Serve over warm pasta.
