Two 16-oz bags of frozen cauliflower, steamed just until barely done.

2 cans cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
2/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons curry (mild)

Directions:
Steam the cauliflower and pour into a 9x13 pan. Mix the other ingredients and pour over the cauliflower. Bake at 350 degrees at least 45 minutes, uncovered. The best part is the crusty bits in the corners when the dish is well cooked.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I got this from my colleague Hildy Heath, who jokes that this may be her entire inheritance, due to stock reverses. So use it with the proper respect. It is great with a holiday dinner, and it makes the whole house smell wonderful.

If you are worried about leaving your kids an inheritance, use this recipe and you can ensure that you will at least leave them with tasty memories.
