Chop 1 onion, 2 tomatoes, 1 head of lettuce.
Toss w/ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, 1 8 oz. bottle Thousand Island dressing, hot sauce to taste.
Peel, slice and add 1 avocado.
Crumble and add one 6 oz. bag of Doritos.
Brown 1 lb. ground beef, drain, and add.
Add 1 can (15 oz.) drained kidney beans.

Decorate with extra chips and avocado.
