All the tomatoes and cucumbers you can eat. Balsamic Vinegar, Olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.

Directions:
Directions:
Take your tomatoes and cucumbers peeled, sliced and diced, place them in a bowl. Cover with about 1/2 c. balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil and add salt and pepper to taste. Let marinate in the fridge for about 10 mins then eat.

My kids love veggies. So they love to eat them like this and then dip French bread into the oil and vinegar that's left over. So tasty! Im starting to think that I have passed on mine and my mothers love of vinegar.... SWEET!
