5-6 chicken breasts (cooked and cut into pieces)
1 8 oz. carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 tubes Ritz crackers (crumbled)
1 1/2 sticks butter (softened)
3 tbsp. poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Mix crackers, butter, & poppy seeds. Place 1/2 of the mixture in a 9x13 pan. Set aside remaining mixture.
Mix chicken, sour cream, & soup. Place on top of cracker mixture.
Place remaining cracker mixture on top of chicken.
Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
